The Internaational Leadership Association hosts a Followership Learning Community founded and developed by Ira Chaleff. It welcomes those with curiosity about followership and leader-follower relations who wish to explore these subjects through observation or study groups and by posting relevant news and events, research, shared projects, articles, bibliographies and syllabi, as well as links to various media.
The Followership Exchange is a wiki that serves as a virtual gathering place for the Followership Learning Community. It is open to all readers who drop by. Those with a serious interest are welcome to subscribe as “writers” with the approval of Ira Chaleff or his assisting administrator, Elisabeth Higgins Null.
